WHAT IS INCLUDED AND WHY

Muscle Tan® Spritz — 3 shows per bottle
The professional competition tanning solution. 10% natural DHA derived from sugarbeet — the reason Muscle Tan® develops with zero orange undertones on every skin tone, every time. High bronzer content means you can see exactly where you have applied and build layers with precision. Goes on super dark, develops to the deepest competition colour under stage lighting, then washes down to a beautiful medium tan that lasts 7–10 days after the show.

While most competition tans leave skin dry, tight and orange-toned for days after the show, Muscle Tan® Spritz is formulated with Hyaluronic Acid, Grape Seed Oil, Vitamin E, Panthenol and Ordenone odour control — skin-loving ingredients that condition and protect throughout competition prep and beyond.

One bottle gives 2–3 full competition shows. This is the only product in the kit you will need to replace during the season.

Muscle Prep — lasts the full season
A pH balancing pre-tan spray that restores skin to its optimal pH 5.5 before application. The skin's acid mantle needs to be at the right pH for a competition tan to develop evenly and last. Muscle Prep takes care of that in seconds — spray all over dry skin before your base coat and allow to dry. The single most important step most self-applying athletes skip, and the difference between a patchy result and a flawless competition tan.

Key ingredients: Witch Hazel, Aloe Vera, White Tea Extract, Citric Acid.

Muscle Glaze — lasts the full season
A clean, professional-grade oil blend formulated specifically to work with Muscle Tan® without lifting, streaking or breaking down the colour underneath. Most posing oils and glazes on the market are full of cheap ingredients that ruin a competition tan — Muscle Glaze is different. Apply to glutes, quads, biceps, triceps, abs and pecs just before you walk on stage to enhance muscle definition, highlight contours and create the illusion of greater separation under competition lighting.

For women, a light sweep down the front and back of the legs creates a longer, leaner line on stage.

Key ingredients: Sunflower Seed Oil, Rice Bran Oil, Jojoba Oil, Argan Oil, Grape Seed Oil, Olive Squalane, Vitamin E.

Muscle Lock — lasts the full season
Seals the tan colour after each coat, prevents smudging during development and extends the longevity of your competition tan. Contains Erythrulose — a secondary tanning agent that works alongside DHA to extend colour life — and Australian Wattleseed extract for its antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Spray from 12 inches after each coat of Muscle Tan® Spritz.

Nourish Body Moisturiser — lasts the season, possibly longer
Apply to hands, elbows, knees, feet and face before tanning to create a moisture barrier and prevent the tan gripping and darkening in dry areas. Use daily throughout competition prep to keep skin in the best possible condition for tan application. Use after the show to maintain hydration and help the remaining tan fade evenly. Continue using right up until your next tan application.

SPF 15. 100% natural formula — no parabens, sulphates, propylene glycol, DEA or artificial colours. Key ingredients: Aloe Vera, Cucumber Extract, Shea Butter, Vitamin E, Green Tea Extract, Chamomile.

Tan Eraser Foam — lasts the full season
Remove your tan, not your skin. A luxurious botanical foam that removes competition tan gently and effectively after the show, leaving skin soft, hydrated and even-toned — ready for the next application. Formulated with skin-caring botanical ingredients rather than harsh chemicals, so skin remains in good condition throughout a busy competition season.

Instadry Finishing Powder and Brush — lasts the full season and beyond
Instantly dries and sets the tan after application so you can get dressed without transfer or smudging backstage. Eliminates that tacky feeling after application. The Instadry Brush allows even, controlled application across the body. Use the night before only — a small amount under the armpits on show day helps manage sweating without affecting your glaze finish. Do not use on show day as it creates a matte finish that will affect your glaze.

Tanning Glove

This is the only pre-tan exfoliation you need. No expensive scrubs with oils, shea butter or rich ingredients that sit on the skin and block the tan.

HOW TO USE YOUR MUSCLE TAN® COMPETITION KIT

24 Hours Before — Skin Preparation
Use the Xfoliating Mitt with a pH balanced shower gel in circular motions from feet upward to remove dead skin cells. Apply Nourish to dry areas — hands, elbows, knees, feet and face — to create a moisture barrier and prevent the tan gripping in creases.

The Night Before — Base Tan
Spray Muscle Prep all over dry skin and allow to dry. Apply 2 coats of Muscle Tan® Spritz using the tanning glove in circular motions, allowing each coat to dry thoroughly between applications. The high bronzer content means you can see exactly where you have applied. Spray Muscle Lock from 12 inches to seal the tan. Apply Instadry Finishing Powder using the brush to speed drying so you can get dressed without transfer.

Show Day — Top Coat and Stage
Apply 1–2 top coats of Muscle Tan® Spritz over the base tan, allowing to dry between coats. Seal with Muscle Lock from 12 inches. Just before you walk on stage, apply Muscle Glaze to glutes, quads, biceps, triceps, abs and pecs for maximum definition under the lights.

After the Show — Removal and Recovery
Use Tan Eraser Foam to gently remove the competition tan, leaving skin soft and even-toned. Apply Nourish daily to maintain skin condition and hydration between competitions — right up until your next tan application.

THE ONLY REPLACEMENT YOU WILL NEED
